Site recovery (no File Manager needed)

Hostinger File Manager can freeze after extracting a plugin zip in the wrong folder. Your website still works — fix plugins from WordPress admin instead.

  1. Log in to WordPress admin
  2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  3. Download and upload this file: hl-fm-recovery.zip
  4. Click Install Now, then Activate
  5. Read the green success notice at the top (lists what was cleaned)
  6. Deactivate and delete “heyLooAI File Manager Recovery”
  7. If tools still broken, upload again: heylooai-tools.zip (replace folder when asked)

File Manager still broken? In Hostinger hPanel try: FTP Accounts (FileZilla), or Advanced → SSH, or open a live chat and ask them to remove stray *.zip files inside public_html/wp-content/plugins/.
