If you’ve spent the last year drowning in “best AI tool” lists that all look the same — every site recommending the same 10 products, with no opinion, no methodology, no skin in the game — heyLooAI exists because we got tired of that too.

heyLooAI publishes **hands-on, opinionated reviews and guides** for AI tools. Every product we recommend, we’ve actually used. Every prompt we publish, we’ve actually tested. Every comparison comes with the receipts — screenshots, side-by-side outputs, real test prompts.

**Why this matters:** Google’s 2024 Helpful Content Update specifically rewards sites with a real, named author. “Anonymous AI tool review site #4,872” gets nowhere. Your face + your name + your real opinion is the only durable advantage.

How we test things

This is our editorial standard — what every review and guide on heyLooAI follows:

1. **We use the tool for at least 2 weeks** before publishing a review. No 30-minute test-and-write pieces.

2. **We run a standard test prompt set** across every comparable tool — same questions, same context, judged against the same rubric. The rubrics are published with each review.

3. **We disclose every affiliate relationship** in plain English at the top of the article — not buried in a footer. See our [Affiliate Disclosure](/affiliate-disclosure/).

4. **We update reviews when products change.** Pricing changes, features change, leadership changes. Each review shows a “Last verified” date.

5. **We don’t take paid placements.** Affiliate commissions are fine and disclosed — but no brand pays for a position, a star rating, or a mention.

6. **We publish negative reviews.** If a popular tool is overhyped, we’ll say so. If a small tool is genuinely better, we’ll champion it.

heyLooAI is **reader-supported**. We earn revenue through:
